We stand behind every bundle that leaves our humidor. Because tobacco is a perishable, consumable product regulated by federal and state law, we cannot accept opened or partially smoked returns. The following terms apply to all orders.
Damaged or Defective Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or with the wrong items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at Farmhousecigars@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product. We will replace the affected items at no cost or issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Unopened Returns
Unopened, sealed bundles in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (less original shipping). The customer is responsible for return shipping and assumes risk of loss in transit. Email us first to receive a return authorization.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially smoked cigars
- Bundles with broken or removed seals
- Sale, clearance, or custom-blended items (final sale)
- Gift cards
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of our receiving the returned product or approving a damage claim. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once a tracking number is generated, the order is considered in transit and the standard return policy applies.
Refused Deliveries
Deliveries refused at the door or returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed adult signature will be refunded less original shipping and any return-shipping fees charged by the carrier.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days. We will open a claim with the carrier and work with you on a resolution.
