Where We Ship
We ship to addresses within the United States where the sale and delivery of premium cigars is legal. We currently do not ship internationally or to Utah or Hawaii due to state regulations.
Shipping Rates
Free shipping on orders over $99. Orders under $99 ship for a flat $8.50.
Rush Shipping
Need it faster? Choose Rush at checkout and your order ships the same or next business day with faster carrier service (typically 1-2 business days in transit). Rush fees: $29.99 for 1 bundle, $39.99 for 2-3, $54.99 for 4-6, $74.99 for 7-10, and $99.99 for 11 or more. The rush fee applies to every order, including orders over $99.
Processing Time
Orders placed Monday-Friday by 12:00 PM ET typically ship within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery Time
Most domestic shipments arrive within 2-3 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and not guaranteed.
Adult Signature Required
Federal law requires that anyone receiving tobacco products be 21 years of age or older. An adult signature is required at delivery. The carrier will not leave the package unattended. Please ship to an address where someone 21+ can sign during business hours.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking email as soon as your label is created. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show movement after pickup.
Failed Deliveries
If the carrier is unable to obtain an adult signature after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to reship; reshipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Submit all damage and lost-package claims through our Report an Issue page within 7 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy.
Hot-Weather Shipping
During extreme heat we may delay shipment by a day or two to protect your cigars. We do not refund melted wrappers caused by packages sitting on doorsteps; please be available for the adult-signature delivery.
