3. Products & Availability
All cigars are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and correct pricing errors at any time. Photos are representative; tobacco is a natural product and color, burn, and draw may vary.
4. Orders, Payment & Pricing
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline at our discretion. Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes. Payment is processed at checkout via our payment processors; we do not store full card details on our servers.
5. Shipping
We ship to U.S. addresses where lawful. An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy.
